Unfortunately Royal Mail strike action is affecting our deliveries.
We will ensure that your order leaves us in a timely manner as outlined below. There may however be delays in delivery times when strike actions take place. If you have an urgent parcel we recommend selecting Evri Express shipping at the checkout.

Christmas Shipping Dates

We have adjusted our Christmas Shipping dates slightly to allow more time for delivery given the knock on effect of strike action by Royal Mail. They are as follows:

Standard Shipping - 16th December at 12pm

Express Shipping - 19th December at 11am

Here at The Little Sock Company we are delighted to offer you FREE standard shipping on ALL UK orders over £40. We also offer FREE Local delivery for customers within Berkhamsted.

For EXPRESS delivery, orders must be placed before 11am to be processed on the same day.

We always do our best to fulfil orders in 1-3 business days.

We are not currently shipping to the EU due to complications we are experiencing with our main couriers, and their ability to deliver to the EU since Brexit. The courier network is working tirelessly to smooth out issues, and as soon as we can ship effectively again, we will. Please be patient with us while we resolve the current issues.

Please note: if you are ordering something that is on PRE-SALE then your whole order will be held until it can be shipped in full. If you would prefer to have what is available shipped right away then please email Sophie@thelittlesockcompany.com and she will be able to help you with that. 

365-day Returns

We want you to be over the moon when you receive your order, but we know now and then you may wish to send something back. You can return your order for any reason for up to a year. For a full refund please return your items in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, and with labels still intact and attached!

How to Return
  • Please package up your items securely, you are welcome to use the packaging you received your order in. Please then return it to us at:

  • Pop a note inside with your name and order number on
  • Make sure you get a receipt or code to track your return.
  • As soon as we receive your return we will process a refund for you and you will be notified via email. Please note that it may currently take longer than the usual 7 days to process your return.

 

Our returns and exchanges policy is in place to protect your rights as a consumer, and ours as a small business.

Exchanges 

If you would like to exchange an item then please follow the process above, but also include the product size or colour you would like to exchange for. If you would like some help with this then please contact our customer care team at hello@thelittlesockcompany.com and we will assist you with arranging your exchange.

We will deliver your exchanged items FREE of charge.

Please note that we can only exchange an item for a different size of the same item. We are unable to exchange a returned item for a different product. 

Faulty Items

All our socks go through rigorous quality control testing to make sure they reach you in excellent condition. 

If for some reason you are unhappy with the quality of an item, then you can return it to us for our technologist to check.

We will then be in touch again once we have checked your item. 

Please note that fair wear and tear, misuse or abuse can not be classed as faults and we will be unable to refund for these reasons.

Return Postage and Packaging

Please ensure that postage has been paid for and that your items are securely packaged.  

Please remember to get a 'Proof of Postage' as we can only be responsible for your item once it reaches us.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund any return postage costs unless an item is deemed to be faulty.
