Shipping and Returns
We always do our best to fulfil orders within 3 business days and as a small family business I am able to continue to fulfil orders during the current pandemic.
Royal Mail do however have a slight delay in deliveries due to understandable staff shortages. This means that you may have to wait up to 7 working days for your order to be delivered from the despatch date.
If for any reason your order has still not arrived by this time then please contact me on [email protected] and I will follow up on this for you.

Returns & Exchange
We want you to be over the moon when you receive your order, but we know now and then you may wish to send something back.
For a full refund please return your item to us within 30 days for full price items, and within 14 days for sale items. Please return your items in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, and with labels still intact and attached!
To arrange your return simply contact our customer care team at and we will assist you with that.
Once your return has been received we will refund you via your original payment method as quickly as we can. You should expect to receive the refund within 10 days of the item being received. Please be aware that it can take up to 5 days for the refunds to show on your account.
Our returns and exchanges policy is in place to protect your rights as a consumer, and ours as a small business.
If you would like to exchange an item then please contact our customer care team at and we will assist you with arranging your exchange.
We will deliver your exchanged items FREE of charge.
Please note that we can only exchange an item for a different size of the same item. We are unable to exchange a returned item for a different product.
All our socks go through rigorous quality control testing to make sure they reach you in excellent condition.
If for some reason you are unhappy with the quality of an item, then you can return it to us for our technologist to check.

Please note that fair wear and tear, misuse or abuse can not be classed as faults and we will be unable to refund for these reasons.
Return Postage and Packaging
The good news is if you choose to pay via PayPal they are now offering free return shipping! Please click the link below for more details on how to activate this.
For orders paid for by any other method please ensure that postage has been paid for and that your items are securely packaged.
Please remember to get a 'Proof of Postage' from the post office. We can only be responsible for your item once it reaches us.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund any return postage costs unless an item is deemed to be faulty.
