How it works
- Choose your subscription length. 3, 6 or 12 months.
- Select a colour and size.
- Pay a one off fee.
- The first set of 3 pairs will be sent immediately, to your chosen address and will arrive in 1-2 days.
- From then on the socks will be sent on a monthly basis until the subscription expires.
Can I change the address subscriptions are sent to?
We can either send the first box to you, so you can hand it over in person, or we can send it directly to the recipient with a handwritten message on the packaging. If you wish to alter the delivery address for the balance of the subscription at any time them please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and let us know the new details.
Can I change the date the socks are sent?
Yes of course, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and let us know the date you'd like them to arrive.
Which socks will be sent?
The socks chosen will be carefully selected from our Original or Cosy socks collection depending on the season. All of the socks will have our award winning non-slip sole and stay-on knit.
How will the socks be packaged? Will they fit through the letterbox?
Each set will be wrapped in tissue paper and enclosed in letterbox-friendly fully-recyclable packaging. You can choose to add a free handwritten gift note to the first order should you wish.
What if I need to change the size or colour?
Size and colours can be altered anytime during the subscription by sending us an email. We will also provide this information to the recipient in each set sent should they wish to make any alterations.
Can I order multiple subscriptions?
Absolutely, however if you would like them delivering to different addresses then we recommend placing a separate order for each subscription.
Can you make sure the pricing and receipt is not sent in the gift?
We never send this information enclosed in any order we send so there is no need to worry about that.
